Make your concrete enquiry useful from the outset
Prepare the project location, name and phone number of the person making the enquiry, the construction application and the estimated concrete volume. A desired date or time window can be mentioned as a request.
If you have a drawing, schedule or mix specification prepared by your engineer, use its requirements to describe the requested concrete. Do not assume specifications from a generic product description.
Before ordering, discuss any outstanding questions with the supplier, including site access, scheduling, delivery arrangements and technical requirements. Do not treat an online enquiry as confirmed supply.
Share the project address or location details needed to understand the request, including access restrictions where relevant.
Provide the expected concrete volume in cubic metres if known. Your quantity should be checked by your project team.
If an engineer has specified a strength grade, slump or other requirement, copy those details accurately into your enquiry.
Mention preferred placement timing, site entry conditions and any restrictions for mixer-truck access. Scheduling requires confirmation.

Project location, indicative volume, intended date and technical requirements are a helpful place to begin.
